Lost Foam Casting Process

Lost Foam Process involves the application of many parameters such as foam, glue and coating. Efficiency of the process depends on identifying critical parameters and ranges and controlling them.

CFD analysis should lead the design in the casting process. The system should be optimized by a casting simulation software before it is tested.

Analysis should predict critical design parameters and possible problem areas and how to fix them.
